Our securities team operates a centralized, 24-hour trading desk, providing best price and best execution services to hundreds of institutional clients around the world. Our team executes in over 50 different global stock exchanges. Securities volumes are in excess of CDN$50 billion annually. Agency-only trading allows Brockhouse & Cooper Inc. to remain independent of conflicting business and profitability factors. This philosophy has earned our securities trading division the patronage of some of the world’s most respected investment houses and institutional investors.
Global Macro Research
Our team at Brockhouse Cooper has developed global macro research products that cut through the noise and provide our clients with unbiased analysis that is integrated, tactical and focused. Our experienced professionals begin from the top and analyze the global economic backdrop. Then, building up from the bottom, they look at momentum, earnings and evaluations. Quantitative analysis is layered in as comparisons to historical experience are made. Finally, the team establishes asset allocation, geographical allocation and sector rotation.
Asset management
Brockhouse Cooper Asset Management, a division of Pavilion Asset Management Ltd., provides an open-architecture, fully customizable asset management service for institutional and private investors. In addition to select traditional investment strategies, we create tailored investment solutions and products designed to meet the specific requirements of our clients. As well, we can create and provide access to specialty products and alternative asset classes that are typically unavailable to the smaller investor.
